Rubcorp Distribution LLC was founded in 2018 by Brian Field — but the story starts much earlier. Brian entered the rubber surfacing industry in 2012 after more than a decade in construction technology and management. He didn't just study the industry. He lived it.
Within two years, Brian had established operations in California, Texas, Delaware, and Calgary, growing revenue by more than 80% year over year. He learned every failure mode, every shortcut that kills a project, and every technique that separates a premium installation from a mediocre one.
In 2018, Brian made a strategic decision: stop competing against installation companies and start supporting them. The insight was simple — the industry was full of contractors who wanted to offer rubber surfacing but didn't have the knowledge, products, or support to do it right. Most of them failed. The ones who partnered with Rubcorp didn't.
Today, Rubcorp has trained over 350 companies, installed more than 3 million square feet of premium surfacing, and maintains a 97% client satisfaction rate. We're not the biggest company in this industry. We're the one that actually knows what we're doing.
